The following changes to the Clearing rules of NASDAQ OMX Commodities, Appendix 10 - Collateral List, will take effect on September 17, 2014:

  • The maximum allowed time to maturity is set to 40 years. This is reflected in point J under General Conditions in the Collateral List.
  • Haircuts for all eligible bonds with maturities ranging between 20-30 years are increased from 20% to 21.5%. This is reflected in the Collateral List by a change of the values after haircut from 80% to 78.5%
