On 18 September 2014, Danske Bank will issue fixed-rate Notes with a credit-linked notional amount. The Notes are designated “DB Europa High Yield 2019 in USD” (ISIN XS1102202949).
On the basis of the subscription orders, the notional amount will be USD 107,800,000.
In accordance with the Applicable Final Terms, Danske Bank has, in its capacity as the Calculation Agent, fixed the rate of interest at 5.70% p.a.
