SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY´S 2012 OPTIONS

From 6th of June 2014 to 19th of August 2014, a total of 95.800 new shares of SSH Communications Security Corporation were subscribed for with the I/2012A options based on Company´s 2012 option scheme.

Option Program (I/2012) was adopted by the Board of Directors on July 27, 2012 on the basis of an authorization of the General Meeting of the Shareholders.

As a result of the subscriptions, the share capital of the company has risen to EUR 927.627,99 and the total number of shares is 30.920.933. The increase in the share capital, in total EUR 2.874,00 was registered in the Finnish Trade Register today.

The subscribed shares have today been entered in the Finnish Trade Register. The new shares will be available for public trading on the main list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. together with the old shares on 18th of September 2014.

A total of 1.361.600 option rights which entitle to subscribe for new shares under the Option Program (I/2012) are unused.
