A total of 53,000,000 new shares were subscribed for in Componenta Corporation's share issue directed to the public. The new shares have been entered into the Trade Register on 23 September 2014. Following the registration, the total number of the company´s shares is 97,269,224 shares.
The new shares produce the right for dividends and other distributions of assets as well as other shareholder rights as from the registration date 23 September 2014.
Trading of these new shares, as well as the shares in total of 15,000,000 subscribed in the directed share issue executed on 15 August 2014, alongside the existing shares will commence on 24 September 2014.
