NASDAQ OMX WELCOMES INWIDO TO THE MAIN MARKET


Stockholm, September 26, 2014 — NASDAQ OMX (NASDAQ:NDAQ) announced that Inwido AB (short name: INWI), a Mid Cap company within the Industrials sector, has started trading of its shares on the main market of NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Inwido is, including switches, the 18th company to list at NASDAQ OMX’s Nordic main markets in 2014 (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm; Helsinki; Copenhagen; and Iceland).

Inwido is Europe’s largest manufacturer of windows and doors. Each year, consumers in more than 15 markets purchase over four million products from Inwido. In 2013, Inwido had sales of SEK 4.3 billion and an operating profit of SEK 345 million. The consumer segment accounted for some 70 percent of sales, while industry players accounted for the rest.
