Quest Resource Holding Corporation CFO Named Finalist for "CFO of the Year" by the Dallas Business Journal

FRISCO, TX--(Marketwired - Oct 2, 2014) - Quest Resource Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: QRHC), a leader in sustainability, recycling, and resource management, announced that Chief Financial Officer Laurie Latham has been named a finalist for the Dallas Business Journal's 2014 "CFO of the Year." Now in its seventh year, the Dallas Business Journal's CFO of the Year Awards recognizes financial professionals in North Texas for outstanding performance in their roles as corporate financial stewards.

"I'm honored to be selected as a finalist for this award by the Dallas Business Journal, especially among such an esteemed group of financial professionals," said Latham. "This recognition highlights the strides Quest is making in the corporate sustainability arena and the financial position we have reached that opens tremendous opportunities for future growth and expansion."

Latham has served as chief financial officer and senior vice president of QRHC and its subsidiaries, Quest Resource Management Group, LLC and Earth911, Inc., since January 2013. Her operational and financial experience spans public and private entities including more than 20 years within technology-driven businesses. In her role as CFO, Latham led the implementation of a series of financing alternatives for Quest, resulting in a capital increase of approximately $25 million in separate equity and debt transactions, renewal of a $10 million line of credit, and a recent capital infusion of $16.3 million that strengthened the balance sheet and will support future growth opportunities.

Latham was selected by an independent panel of judges. Finalists will be featured in the Oct. 17 issue of the Dallas Business Journal and celebrate their achievement at a congratulatory awards luncheon at the Hyatt Regency Dallas on Oct. 17.
