CHANGE OF CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD IN SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY CORPORATION

Timo Syrjälä has today notified his resignation as the Chairman of the Board of SSH Communications Security Corporation. Mr. Syrjälä will continue his position as the Director of the Board.

The Board of Directors of SSH, as further today, has appointed Mr. Tatu Ylönen as the new Chairman of the Board.
