ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 9 OCTOBER 2014 AT 8:00 A.M.
The possibility for Anvia shareholders to sell their shares to Elisa ended 8 October 2014. Elisa's ownership in Anvia Corporation on 9 October 2014 is 23 per cent of the share capital and 25 per cent of the outstanding shares. Anvia will be consolidated to Elisa's financial statements as an associated company from 1 October 2014 onwards. Consolidation does not have material impact on Elisa's this year's results.
During the third quarter Elisa has acquired Anvia's shares with approximately 24 million euros.
Increase in Anvia's ownership does not effect neither Elisa's outlook for 2014 nor the medium term targets. The transactions have no impact on Elisa's dividend payment capability.
