Joint stock company "Latvijas balzams" informs that it has received notification from limited liability company „AMBER BEVERAGE GROUP” on acquisition of holding.
According to the notification received from limited liability company „AMBER BEVERAGE GROUP” the company has acquired its holding (89,53% from Joint stock company "Latvijas balzams" stock capital) on October 24, 2014.
Limited liability company’s “Amber Beverage Group equity capital was paid up with the in-kind contribution. One of the subjects of in-kind contribution were the 6 711 940 stock of AS „Latvijas balzams” owned by founder „S.P.I. Regional Business Unit” B.V.
