EXEL COMPOSITES’ FINANCIAL CALENDAR AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2015
Exel Composites will publish its financial information in 2015 as follows:
Financial Statements 2014: Friday 13 February 2015 at approximately 9 a.m.
Annual Report 2014 in electronic format: Thursday 5 March 2015
Interim Report January – March: Wednesday 6 May 2015 at approx. 9 a.m.
Interim Report January – June: Friday 24 July 2015 at approx. 10 a.m.
Interim Report January – September: Friday 23 October 2015 at approx. 4 p.m.
Exel Composites observes a two week-long silent period before the publication of financial statement bulletins and interim reports. During that period the Company organizes no IR-meetings, nor does it issue any comments on its financial result.
Exel Composites Plc’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 26 March 2015 at 10.30 am at Scandic Marina Congress Center at the address of Katajanokanlaituri 7, Helsinki, Finland. The meeting will be convened by the Company’s Board of Directors on 27 February 2015. According to the Finnish Companies Act, a shareholder may present a written request to the Company’s Board of Directors to place a matter on the agenda of the next General Meeting. A shareholder must declare his or her demands in writing to Exel Composites Plc’s Board of Directors on Friday 30 January 2015 at the latest by regular mail to Exel Composites Plc, Annual General Meeting, Mäkituvantie 5, 01510 Vantaa, Finland or by email to investor@exelcomposites.com.
