Alliance Fiber Optic Products, Inc. (AFOP) Declares Annual Cash Dividend


SUNNYVALE, Calif., Nov. 14, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alliance Fiber Optic Products, Inc. (Nasdaq:AFOP), an innovative supplier of fiber optic components, subsystems and integrated modules for the optical network equipment market, today declares an annual cash dividend of $0.15 (fifteen cents) per share to be paid on December 24, 2014, to the record holders of AFOP common stock as of the close of business on December 8, 2014.

Peter Chang, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "AFOP has achieved Non GAAP net income of $22.8 million in the last four quarters and is on the way to deliver record annual financial performance.
