This marks the tenth straight year that Tech Data has earned a perfect score on the CEI, a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality that is administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.

Tech Data's efforts in satisfying all of the CEI's criteria resulted in its 100 percent ranking and designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.
