Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 25 November 2014 10.00 am EET
Between 9 September and 10 November 2014, a total of 16 001 Tieto Corporation new shares have been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2009B and a total of 1 500 new shares with stock options 2009C. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2009B and 2009C, the entire subscription price of EUR 226 698.19 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. As a result of the subscriptions, the number of Tieto shares increases to 73 675 903.
The shares subscribed for under the stock options have been registered in the Trade Register on 25 November 2014, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ Helsinki together with the old shares as of 26 November 2014.
The share subscription period for stock options 2009B is 1 March 2013–31 March 2015 and for stock options 2009C 1 March 2014–31 March 2016.
