203 Web Group: Board of Directors proposes convertible bond issue with preferential rights


Following information was previously published in Swedish. This is a translation
of already presented information.
In order to strengthen the financial position of 203 Web Group, the Board of
Directors proposes a convertible bond issue of SEK 12 million with the
possibility of an overallotment option of up to SEK 3 million with preferential
rights for existing shareholders. The convertible bond issue will be decided at
an Extraordinary General Meeting. The convertible bond issue is guaranteed up to
SEK 12 million by current principal owners Jonas Söderqvist, Andereas Friis and
Henrik Kvick (through companies).

The proposed conditions are a term of 3 years, with 10% interest and a
redemption price of SEK 15. The possibility of early conversion will be offered
at one-year intervals. The convertible bond will be listed to enable trading.
The final terms will be determined at the Extraordinary General Meeting.

myTaste, the Group will now be brought to profitability,” says Jonas Söderqvist,
CEO of 203 Web Group.

Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting will be provided in a separate press
release. Other questions will be answered at the presentation of the Q3 report
on Friday, November 28, 2014.
