SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Dec. 3, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arem Pacific Corporation (OTC:ARPC) today announced the appointment of Mr. Kenneth (Kin Chiu) Leung as the company's new director and VP of Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Kenneth has lived in Australia for over 23 years and graduated from the University of Sydney with a master's degree in International Finance and EMBA. Mr. Leung has done business in China for many years and built an impressive network of business relationships there.
