Cologne, 4 December 2014 - Today, DF Deutsche Forfait AG (Prime Standard,
ISIN: DE0005488795) has been informed that auditors BDO AG
Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft will issue an unqualified audit certificate
for the company's separate and consolidated financial statements for 2013
with additional note. In August 2014, the auditors had initially issued an
adverse audit opinion due to the extraordinary situation created by the
inclusion of the company in the sanctions list of the US OFAC authority.
Following the removal of the company from the sanctions list in October
2014 and the elimination of the scope limitation, the auditors conducted a
supplementary audit and subsequently issued their certificate for the
separate and consolidated financial statements for 2013 as specified above.
This confirms the consolidated figures reported on 26 November 2014.
