Frankis Group Oyj sells Francount Oy to Accountor Oy

Kotipizza Oyj's mother company Frankis Group Oyj (Frankis Group) has today
divested Francount Oy (Francount), a company specialising in accounting services
to the hotel and restaurant industry. Francount was acquired by Accountor Oy
(Accountor), a leading accounting and payroll services provider in Finland.
Frankis Group has also appointed Timo Pirskanen as its new Chief Financial
Officer and Antti Isokangas as its first Chief Communications Officer. Both will
start in their new positions on 1 January, 2015.

Accountor, a leading Finnish accounting and payroll services provider, has
acquired Francount, a Vaasa-based company specialising in accounting services to
the hotel and restaurant industry. In the transaction, Francount's all 10
employees and 130 client companies will be transferred to Acccountor. Francount
specialises in servicing the hotel and restaurant industry and franchising
companies, and its largest customer group consists of Kotipizza franchisees.
"Selling Francount supports Frankis Group's long-term strategy. Our franchisees
are able to get even more specialised service for their accounting and payroll
needs. We at Frankis Group Oyj will also benefit from the same services as
Francount's customers", says Tommi Tervanen, CEO of Frankis Group.

Pirskanen appointed as CFO, Isokangas as CCO as of 1 January 2015

Timo Pirskanen has been appointed as Frankis Group's new Chief Financial
Officer. He will start in his new position on 1 January, 2015. Pirskanen joins
Frankis Group from Rautaruukki Oyj's SVP Investor Relations position. Kari
Leppilahti, Frankis Group's former CFO, will continue at Frankis Group in
special financial projects.

Antti Isokangas, managing director of Ali Consulting Oy, has been appointed as
Frankis Group Oyj's Chief Communications Officer. He will also start in his new
position on 1 January, 2015.
