NASDAQ STOCKHOLM WELCOMES VERISEC TO FIRST NORTH


Stockholm, December 18, 2014 — Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the trading in Verisec AB (shortname:VERI) shares commenced today on First North at Nasdaq Stockholm. Verisec belongs to the technology sector and is the 46th company to be admitted to trading on First North’s Nordic markets (Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen and Iceland) in 2014.
