Pacific Financial Corporation Raises Annual Cash Dividend to $0.21 Per Share


ABERDEEN, Wash., Dec. 19, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pacific Financial Corporation (OTCQB:PFLC), the holding company for Bank of the Pacific, today announced that its Board of Directors increased the annual cash dividend to $0.21 per share, to holders of common stock. The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2015, to shareholders of record on January 2, 2015.
