The Board of Directors of Tieto Corporation has decided that the shares subscribed for under Tieto stock options 2009 B and 2009 C during 2015–2016 will be listed on Nasdaq Helsinki on the following target dates:
- Shares subscribed by 31 March 2015*, including this day, will be listed on or about 16 April 2015
- Shares subscribed by 3 June 2015, including this day, will be listed on or about 17 June 2015.
- Shares subscribed by 8 September 2015, including this day, will be listed on or about 23 September 2015.
- Shares subscribed by 10 November 2015, including this day, will be listed on or about 25 November 2015.
- Shares subscribed by 31 December 2015, including this day, will be listed on or about 20 January 2016.
- Shares subscribed by 31 March 2016**, including this day, will be listed on or about 14 April 2016
* The share subscription period for stock options 2009 B ends on 31 March 2015.
** The share subscription period for stock options 2009 C ends on 31 March 2016.
