PENNSAUKEN, N.J., Dec. 23, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RCM Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:RCMT), a premier provider of business and technology solutions designed to enhance and maximize the operational performance of its customers through the adaptation and deployment of advanced engineering, information technology and specialty health care services, today provided further detail regarding the ex-dividend date for its upcoming special cash dividend (the "Dividend") of $2.00 per share, payable on December 30, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 26, 2014. Specifically, the Company reminded shareholders and market participants that in accordance with FINRA Rule 11140(b)(2), the ex-dividend date will be December 31, 2014, the first business day following the date on which the Dividend is payable.
