WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Jan. 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Edgewater Ranzal, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Edgewater Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq:EDGW) and platinum level member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork, has appointed Tammy Norton as Vice President of Financial Close Suite, effective January 19, 2015.
Norton's career includes more than 20 years of experience driving enterprise transformation initiatives that leverage Oracle Hyperion Professional Services and Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), which complements Edgewater Ranzal's expertise in delivering Business Analytics solutions using EPM and BI technology.

Norton, along with her team of consultants, will manage the operations of Ranzal's Financial Close Practice, which includes: Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE), as well as emerging products: Account Reconciliation Management (ARM), Tax Provision (HTP), and Financial Close Manager (FCM). In addition, Norton will focus on growing and retaining top talent, acquiring new customers and projects, and will work closely with Edgewater Ranzal EPM and BI practice leaders to provide innovative and cutting edge solutions.
