ALM's GlobeSt.com Announces Rollout of Daily San Diego Edition

New Offering to Include Weekly Digest From GlobeSt.com's Editorial Team and San Diego's Trend-Setters

NEW YORK, Feb. 2, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ALM's Real Estate Media Group, publisher of GlobeSt.com, has announced the kickoff of the publication's large-scale expansion plans with the rollout of its San Diego edition on February 2. In addition to GlobeSt.com's daily dedicated market edition, it will distribute a weekly email digest containing insights and analysis from its editorial team and San Diego's trend-setters.

The news comes as GlobeSt.com celebrates its 15th anniversary as the industry leader in providing expertly written content and innovative advertising solutions for the commercial real estate industry. Additionally, ALM's Real Estate Media Group will host networking event RealShare SAN DIEGO in May during which attendees can get local experts' perspectives on where to invest, which sectors are strongest and who is shaping the future of real estate. For 15 years, the RealShare Conference Series has delivered top speakers, provided strategic advice and connected the industry's elite.

"GlobeSt.com and the RealShare Conference Series are among the most recognized brands in the business and we continually look for opportunities to expand into new markets to better serve our customers," said Michael Desiato, vice president & group publisher of the Real Estate Media Group. "We researched our audience's interest in what markets should be included in our 2015 expansion plans and we're very pleased to launch new online and events offerings in San Diego. This is the first of many new markets we plan to target in 2015."

Continuing in the GlobeSt.com tradition of providing original content with real insight, not simply aggregating news, journalists will assess and analyze topics and trends important to the San Diego commercial real estate market: the major growth sectors; hiring trends and the capital markets' reaction to these developments; demand drivers across the CRE spectrum; demographic trends; and development patterns in the best-performing sub-markets.

San Diego-based Natalie Dolce (NDolce@alm.com), National Executive Editor of Real Estate Forum and GlobeSt.com, will lead the editorial staff while newly hired Kristi Procopio (KProcopio@alm.com), also of San Diego, will take on the role of Sales Manager.
