NEXUS AG completed a transaction to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares
of quCare Solutions B.V. (NL), Utrecht, a leading HIS Company in the
Netherlands.

The total turnover of quCare was approximately EUR 15 million in 2013/2014.
NEXUS has paid a purchase Price between EUR 15 and EUR 20 million and has
identified significant synergies in the context of integrating the new
company into the NEXUS Group. Both companies expect an increase in 
profitability, which should result in an increase in earnings per share
(EPS) of 1 cent.

quCare and NEXUS are planning to expand their joint activities in the Dutch
market and to improve the market position of quCare further. With the
addition of modules and products from NEXUS, quCare will be offering its
customers the whole range of clinical and diagnostic information systems
from a single source.

Through this acquisition, NEXUS has completed another step in becoming a
leading European E-Health company. NEXUS is actively combing eHealth
know-how from different European countries in order to provide better
products and services to the hospitals.
