By registering, the merger have received final effect from a legal perspective, which means that TrustBuddy International has been dissolved and all its assets and liabilities have been transferred to TrustBuddy AB.
The shares of TrustBuddy International is delisted from NASDAQ OMX First North as of today, on February 13 2015th. Trading on First North in the shares of TrustBuddy AB will begin February 18, 2015.
