Flagging Notification in Accordance with Chapter 9 Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act

On 23 February 2015, Technopolis Plc has received flagging notification pursuant to Chapter 9 Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act concerning shares in Technopolis Plc.

According to the flagging notification, the total ownership to shares in Technopolis Plc held by BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA (BNP) has increased to 5,426,317 thus totalling 5.09 per cent of all shares in Technopolis Plc.

According to fund rules, a fund managed by the BNP, which holds 61,261 shares, may not exercise its voting rights in general meetings. Thus the BNP can use 5.04 per cent of all votes.

Technopolis Plc has one share series, each share entitling to one vote.  The total amount of shares is 106,511,632.
