The addition of Messinger to the management team builds on the significant growth of Beacon's ETF capabilities and West Coast presence which launched in 2013.

Messinger joins Beacon after seven years with the iShares ETF business at BlackRock where he was a Managing Director and head of Planning and Strategy. In this role, Messinger managed the US ETF operating platform and oversaw its global service providers. Messinger brings over 17 years of experience in operational, strategy, and project management roles in the investment management industry. Additional roles have included the head of strategy and eCommerce at Van Kampen Investments and led the West Coast Asset Management Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young.
