On July 16, 2014, the share capital of SIA “Daugavgrīvas 7” was increased by EUR 17`808`502. Thereby, as of July 16, 2014 the total share capital of SIA “Daugavgrīvas 7” is EUR 20`853`502. The share capital was increased partly by capitalizing part of S.P.I. Resources B.V. loan. The remaining loan amount after capitalization and offsetting is USD 8`489`089.87, which on July 31, 2014 was assigned to SPI Spirits. On January 1, 2015 100% of SIA “Daugavgrīvas 7” share capital was acquired by JSC “Latvijas balzams”.
