Lund, Sweden – March 26 - Anoto, the leader in digital writing solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Karl Wiersholm, Attorney and CPA. Mr. Wiersholm brings more than 25 years of experience in a broad range of accounting, finance, strategy and legal responsibilities as well as other disciplines such as strategic planning, human resources, operations and information technology.
Mr. Wiersholm started his career over 25 years ago with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells and has spent the last 20 years as the CFO of various software, software-as-a-service and cloud based companies such as UIEvolution and Doyenz.
Mr. Wiersholm has a proven track record and has demonstrated his ability to efficiently manage accounting, finance, operations, HR and legal activities. Mr. Wiersholm’s experience also includes managing legal negotiations of software licensing and OEM partnerships with leading technology and services companies such as Motorola, AT&T Wireless and Symantec.

Mr. Wiersholm is a member of the State Bar of California and a licensed CPA (inactive) in the state of California. Also Mr. Wiersholm received his B.A. Business Administration-Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and his M.S. Accounting-Taxation from San Diego State University as well as gained his J.D. from the University of San Diego.
