TORONTO, April 9, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BDO Solutions is pleased to announce its merger with Systemgroup Consulting Inc., an award-winning Mississauga-based technology consulting firm. Effective April 1, 2015, Systemgroup will operate under the BDO name, allowing the firm to bring a significantly expanded range of services and resources to the Greater Toronto Area and across Canada.
BDO Solutions will welcome two partners, over 50 staff members, and a team of independent contractors in the merger. Systemgroup focuses on the development and integration of software solutions using the Microsoft Application Platform. The addition of the company will expand BDO's service offerings in application development and integration, data management, project collaboration and productivity tools including both cloud and mobile platforms. The combination of Systemgroup and BDO will now provide industry-leading performance capabilities across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Analytics, and development technology.
