The apartments are also outside of Furnished Quarters' standard portfolio of buildings. Elements that can be tailored to meet the specifications of FQ Select clients include handcrafted furnishings, chef's kitchens with premium appliances, high-end electronics, open floorplans, number of bedrooms, and oversized windows. Rental prices for the apartments range from $20,000 to $50,000 per month and require a three-month minimum stay.
