Tribona has, via companies, acquired seven logistics properties in Malmö with a property value of approximately SEK 257m.
The properties are all modern logisitics properties, located in great logistics positions in Malmö with a total lettable area of 20 278 sq.m. The properties are almost fully leased with an average lease duration of approximately 8 years.
Access and payment is planned to take place 1 June 2015 for five of the properties while the other two properties will be accessed and paid after completion in July and November 2015 respectively. The agreement is subject to a financing condition.
