Grant has worked at many levels of management in the residential mortgage industry for more than 30 years. He works hard to provide his clients the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Prior to joining 1st Advantage, Rob was a Branch Manager and Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate.
Rob has been married for 25 years. He has two sons, ages 20 and 23. Rob coaches youth lacrosse for the Wilmington Wings. He recently completed a term as the President of the Brandywine Valley Association, which is one of the oldest watershed organizations in the US. They focus on improving the Brandywine Watershed and environmental education for children. He has been active in fundraising and concert organization for the Light Up The Queen Foundation, which, among other things, works hard to provide music education to underserved schools in the city of Wilmington. Rob has also been the Chapter Chairman for the Delaware Ducks Unlimited. He served for six years as Treasurer and Vice President of the Vicmead Hunt Club, a golf and country club in Centreville, DE.
Grant graduated from Millersville University in Pennsylvania where he was a member of Sigma Pi Fraternity and played lacrosse. He still plays lacrosse in the masters division in the local summer league. Rob also plays guitar and bass in several local bands. During his free time, he enjoys golfing, photography and fly fishing.
