Over nine thousand people pre-registered for the online Smarter Living Experience event, over 50% of which were new to the idea of a smart home, and the remainder were already familiar with Control4 solutions. The event also served as a platform for over 50 independent Control4 dealers to host their own micro-events in their showrooms to view the livestream, and to discuss what it means to have a smart home with existing and prospect consumers. Additionally, key retail partners MagnoliaAV/Best Buy, Chicago-based Abt, and Denver-based ListenUp hosted the event live on their own websites reaching additional audiences interested in smart home technology.
