Cramo Group’s C/S RaumCenter wins two large modular space tenders in Germany

C/S RaumCenter, the German subsidiary of Cramo Group, has won two public sector tenders in Germany.

Modular space building for Klingerschule in Frankfurt

During the renovation of Klingerschule vocational school in Frankfurt the students and teachers will be placed in temporary building facilities. The total area of this facility is 2.600 square meters. Two three-storey school buildings will be constructed from 175 modular space units. Only four months is required from contract signing to turnkey delivery.

"With C/S RaumCenter, we have an experienced modular space builder to carry out this ambitious school project”, says Mr Andreas Starnofsky, Project Manager of the city of Frankfurt. "The move to the new modular space building will take place in summer 2015."

The project scope includes the delivery, assembly and installation of the complete school. The school building has a total of 50 classrooms as well as corridors, stairwells and sanitary facilities.

Daycare in Edingen built with modular space

In Edingen, C/S RaumCenter won the contract for the erection of a temporary daycare facility. The facility has an area of 650 square meters and some 41 modular space units will be used for this one-storey daycare center.
