The Company also announced that it has furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 30, 2015 an interim report on Form 6-K containing its restated financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2014 and restated financial data for the three month periods ended March 31, June 30 and September 30, 2014.
