Nasdaq Vilnius decided to suspend trading in Gubernija AB shares (GUB1L, ISIN code: LT0000114357) from May 11, 2015 until the day of correction of the general securities account in the Central Securities Depository of Lithuania.
The trading will be suspended in accordance with paragraph 16.6 of the Nasdaq Vilnius Listing Rules (reduction of the authorized capital by reducing the nominal value of shares). Orders in Gubernija AB orderbook will be flushed.
