On 21 May 2015, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and OÜ T6A, signed a project management contract for services to perform the design and construction works of a residential and commercial building including infrastructure, located at Tatari 6A, Tallinn, Estonia.
The scope of works includes the design and construction works of a seven-storey with approximately 40 apartments residential and commercial building with infrastructure facilities. The value of the contract is approximately 6 million euros, plus value added tax, and works are scheduled to be completed in September 2017.
