Addition of Mobile Programmatic Channel Extends Sizmek's Buying Capabilities


AUSTIN, Texas, May 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sizmek Inc. (Nasdaq:SZMK), a leading open ad management platform company for multiscreen campaigns, announced today the official close of the acquisition of StrikeAd, a dedicated Mobile advertising Demand Side Platform (DSP).

As announced on May 14, the StrikeAd platform will be integrated into the Sizmek MDX platform, enabling advertisers to take full advantage of Sizmek's mobile and programmatic capabilities.
