Change in number of shares outstanding in Sectra during June

As of June 2015, the number of shares in Sectra AB (STO: SECT B) totals
37,503,335, of which 2,620,692 are Series A shares and 34,882,643 are Series B
shares. This means that in June, the number of shares outstanding increased by
232,318 Series B shares.
The change was attributable to a new share issue in connection with the
conversion of Sectra convertible debentures 2011/2015 for employees in the
Group.
