Jorge joins Nymity from the Mexican law firm Molet + Burgete Abogados where he was a trusted advisor for clients on Latin American data protection law. An accomplished speaker, author, and thought leader, Jorge is an expert in Latin American data protection law and the challenges faced by privacy officers in Latin America, having spoken as a subject domain expert long before the enactment of the Federal Data Protection Act in Mexico. In addition to his legal expertise, Jorge is a former Chief Privacy Officer and is an experienced instructor and consultant for privacy officers in the region.
