SSH Communications Security Oyj has on 17 July been informed by Juha Mikkonen that the holding of Juha Mikkonen directly and through his company Assetman Oy in SSH Communications Security has gone under 10%.

The threshold will go under on 20 July, 2015 when new shares subscribed with options will be listed. Juha Mikkonen directly and through his company Assetman Oy holds in total 3,100,00 of SSH Communications Security shares, which equals 9.96 % of share capital and voting rights.
