International Precious Metals Launches Ancient Coin Program

International Precious Metals has announced the unveiling of its new, ground-breaking Ancient Coin Program, introduced to provide its clients with an opportunity to obtain the very best high grade gold, silver and bronze ancient coins.

SILSBEE, Texas, July 21, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - In coordination with Ancient Roman coin experts and key organizations, International Precious Metals has assembled 12-coin sets, authenticated by the world renowned grading service company NGC (Numismatic Guarantee Corporation). These sets feature each of the Caesars mentioned in "De vita Ceasarum" (Latin; literal translation: About the Life of the Caesars), commonly known as The Twelve Caesars. "De vita Ceasarum" is a set of the twelve biographies of Julius Caesar and the first 11 emperors of the Roman Empire written by Gaius Suetonius Tranquillus, covering history from 49 BC to 96 AD. The Twelve Caesars is considered very significant in antiquity and remains a primary source of Roman history.

"We vowed to take a leadership position on key areas of the ancient coin market," President and Chief Executive Officer Barry Jepson said. "After years of hard work, we have moved forward with a new program that will aim to develop a strategy of ancient coin collecting that focuses on proper portfolio diversification for our exclusive clientele." He added, "We are excited about the opportunity to present these museum quality works of art to our clients. These rare ancient coins go way beyond numismatics. They are artifacts and historical relics of our pasts and it is truly remarkable that we are able to offer them at such high grades from NGC's Ancient Coin Division. Many of our specimens are over 2000 years old and are true antiquities. We are very proud to serve an area of the coin market where we believe there is an intense and growing demand from investors and collectors."

International Precious Metals continues to evolve as one of the world's leading Precious Metals organizations. Last year, IPM secured and graded all four of the 2014 American Eagle Gold denominations "From Mint Sealed Box #1." It marked the first time in the 28-year history of the American Eagle Gold Program that any company acquired all four American Eagle Gold denominations "From Mint Sealed Box #1" at the same time. The celebrated four-coin gold set was released in June of 2014.

Since 1995, International Precious Metals has grown to become one of the largest and most recognized nationwide dealers of U.S. Mint coins, and a leader in rare historic U.S. Gold and Silver. The Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (or NGC) is a multinational coin grading service provider based in Sarasota, Fla. NGC is the world's largest third-party coin grading service.
