HENDERSON, Nev., July 21, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CipherLoc Corporation (OTCQB:CLOK), a leading provider of Digital Cyber Security solutions (CipherLoc©) announced today that it has entered into a Confidential Consulting Agreement with a leader in Insurance Consulting Industry.
Per the Agreement this private company will provide professional business services and representation of CipherLoc© solutions to the insurance industry, as well as with state insurance regulators, legislatures and Governors.
The much-anticipated collaboration between the two companies is off to a good start, according to Michael DeLaGarza, CEO of CipherLoc. "The goal is to further establish partnerships and sales channels for CipherLoc© products and service to help nationalize our reach and presence in the insurance industries."
The consultant agreement signed on July 1, 2015 between CipherLoc© and the Insurance Consulting Group would assist CipherLoc with the development and distribution of CipherLoc© solutions to the insurance industry.
