FBR Announces Eric J. Rosiak to Join Investment Banking Team Focused on Small Business Solutions


ARLINGTON, Va., July 27, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FBR & Co. (Nasdaq:FBRC) (FBR), a leading investment bank serving the middle market, announced that Eric J. Rosiak has joined its investment banking team as Managing Director and head of its Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) Funds Placement Group. Mr. Rosiak will be based in Dallas, Texas and will be responsible for executing FBR's SBIC services.

Mr. Rosiak comes to FBR from Commerce Street Capital in Dallas, Texas where he served as Managing Director and Head of its SBIC Funds Group for the last six years. Mr. Rosiak has completed the Southwest Graduate School of Banking program at Southern Methodist University and is a member of the Milken Institute's Young Leaders Circle. He received a BS degree in Accountancy and a MS degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
