VALOE EXTENDS THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE CONVERTIBLE BOND DISCLOSED ON 29 MAY 2015

Valoe has resolved to extend the subscription period of the convertible bond disclosed on 29 May 2015 for a month.  In accordance with the resolution the new subscription period ends on 31 August 2015 at 18.00. The other terms of the convertible bond stay unchanged.
