Greentech Energy Systems A/S has today been informed as follows by GWM SIF:
“In accordance with the rules of Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act we hereby notify you that we today have acquired an additional shareholding of 50,000 shares in Greentech Energy Systems A/S. Following the acquisition we hold a total of 5,373,253, equivalent to 5.04% of the shares in the company, and thus have exceeded the 5% threshold. We have simultaneously herewith reported the transaction to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.”
