Zynerba Pharmaceuticals Announces Closing of Its Initial Public Offering and Exercise in Full of Option to Purchase Additional Shares


DEVON, Pa., Aug. 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zynerba Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ZYNE), announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 3,450,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $14.00 per share, before underwriting discounts, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase up to 450,000 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, resulting in gross proceeds of $48.3 million. All of the shares in the offering were sold by Zynerba.

Jefferies LLC and Piper Jaffray & Co. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering, and Canaccord Genuity Inc. and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as co-managers for the offering.
