Oslo, 13 August 2015 - Reference is made to the Company's Q2 2015 report, which included the incorrect dates for the next dividend payment. The dividend will be paid to the shareholders as registered with the Company's shareholder register with the VPS as of expiry of 20 August 2015 (the "record date"). The shares in AMSC will be traded ex. dividend from and including 19 August 2015. The dividend will be paid on or about 28 August 2015 and will be classified as a return of paid in capital.
