Minot. ND, Aug. 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Geopulse Exploration, Inc. (OTC Pink:  GPLS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Childs as the company's President and Treasurer, as well as a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Childs' appointment follows the resignation of Craig Osterhoudt as the company's President, Treasurer, and a director effective July 28, 2015.

Mr. Childs continues to build strong relationships in the Bakken Oilfield Region for the company's subsidiary, Dakota Energy Resources Corp.
