Mr. Childs' appointment follows the resignation of Craig Osterhoudt as the company's President, Treasurer, and a director effective July 28, 2015.
Mr. Childs continues to build strong relationships in the Bakken Oilfield Region for the company's subsidiary, Dakota Energy Resources Corp.
